I started my Yoga practice about one year ago in London, after many years of lower back problems, it was not until I started to have private lessons with Zoya during my trips to Malta that I really noticed a marked improvement in my wellbeing. The private classes were tailor made for me and my body, what a difference that made! at last I really grasped what Yoga was all about, every class was a magical and very moving experience, I had my life back!
I am now fitter, stronger and more supple, not only in body but in mind and spirit. Zoya is an inspirational and gifted teacher who every moment is willing to pass on her vast knowledge and to help all her students be the best they can, she is encouraging, supportive and full of love. Malta is very lucky to have such a fantastic teacher and person living there. Thank you Zoya for changing my life.

I’ve only been introduced to yoga for a few months.  I had been hearing people talk about yoga for years but I had never really considered going.  This changed when I was diagnosed with a medical condition known as MS.  A very good friend of mine who attended Zoya’s foundation course suggested I start going, and I had booked 5 personal sessions with Zoya to start off with. Ever since, I haven’t looked back. I can’t imagine stopping practicing. It helps me above all to relax. It is an hour and a half dedicated just to myself and my body, I love it.
I believe it has helped my condition improve, especially while I was relapsing, but most importantly it has helped me personally, even after my relapse now that I am better.  With Zoya’s careful coaching and kind words of encouragement I believe that my body can only improve as the months go by. I have also attended the group-yoga foundation course and even though the sessions are brilliant, they cannot compare to the personal sessions. There is an atmosphere which simply cannot be recreated with a group.  Zoya dedicates herself solely to your body, I found that I could concentrate more and relax more and that’s exactly what I need.  I have also encouraged a good friend of mine to start the individual sessions and after her first 5 sessions, she too agreed that the hour and a half we spend with yoga gives a different start to the week and we can no longer go without it. Its true that the individual sessions aren’t cheap but we spend so much money on futile things that even though its just an hour and a half weekly its worth every penny.

Yoga has totally changed my life for the better. It all started when a friend recommended Zoya's classes to me. Zoya taught me privately a few years ago and her inspirational lessons are still with me. I have come to be more positive in my outlook towards life and look forward to this rejuvenating lesson of yoga combined with deep relaxation. I have recently joined Zoya's de-stress yoga classes and words cannot describe just how rested I feel after every session. I found myself having more physical energy because my body is taken care of. I truly recommend her classes to everyone looking to heal their life.
